Amazing!! We were walking by and saw the cool graphic out front about the piercings and all the info on them so it reassured me about my daughter getting a septum piercing and my other daughter a belly button piercing. Riley was amazing!! Facility was so clean and reviews were great so we did it.

I got my eyebrow piercing done here, and it was a great experience! Riley was super kind, easy to talk to, and really informative about everything from the piercing process to the healing process. I’ve been wanting this piercing since I was 14, and it was super quick and painless. Everyone was so friendly and the vibes were great. Will definitely be coming back in the future! I went in and asked to consult about a ear piercing, and Riley gave her honest opinion and helped me decide on a perfect one for my ear. In the spur of the moment I also got a nose piercing. Riley was so attentive, kind and made the entire experience wonderful. I really recommend this studio!

I walked past this piercing store because I needed a new earring for my helix, and Willow was super helpful. She gave me great suggestions, explained different piercing options and how they would look, and made professional recommendations. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Walked in, got my upper lobes pierced. The nice lady up front immediately greeted me & helped me right away: explained my choices for the piercing & was encouraging. My piercer, Manuel, was very kind & calm. You can tell he loves what he does & has the experience to back it up. I never thought of piercing placement as artistry but it was enlightening to hear his explanation & made me confident in his recommendation.

Robson Piercing & Tattoo Studio is amazing! They did a fantastic job with my conch piercing—it was clean, quick, and professional. Eight months later, when my piercing came out, they kindly helped me put it back in with the same level of care and expertise. The staff is friendly, skilled, and make you feel completely at ease. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality work and great service!

I got my septum pierced here by Riley, and they were great! I can tell they’ve been doing this a long time cause my piercing hardly hurt and healed fast. I recommend this place to literally everyone I know that’s thinking about a piercing. I will be back to get more done 100%.
What really was above and beyond, was that after I had the piercing done, I was feeling light headed (I have a severe fear of needles) so I asked if they have a candy or something with sugar. They looked around, and another worker chimed in with “Oh I have some cake I brought from home” and I kid you not, she gave me her home-made cake she brought to work for herself.
The folks who work here are genuinely kind people with ample knowledge and experience. You will not regret choosing this place to have your piercings done.

I had such a pleasant time with the team at Robson Studio, especially Riley! I’ve had previous piercings done before at another studio and they were nothing like Robson. Riley put me at ease easily and was very straight-forward, knowledgeable and showed her experience, even if was just a simple nose piercing. I was worried about the final product, but her explanation and guidance was so reassuring. Thank you for the great experience 😊

Will 100% return to this studio! The staff alone did it for me! Professional, yet very friendly. Experienced, yet still have an infectious enthusiasm for their craft! Then there is the work! I got two piercings and tattoos last Wednesday afternoon and I am over the moon with the work and healing process. I went in for a very specific tattoo behind my ear and got exactly what I wanted. I am new to piercings and was rather nervous. I was put at easy very quickly by the team!

Manual was amazing. I was not entirely happy with the piercing position so he actually re-adjusted it for me and was also patient enough to clear all my questions before I even went in. I appreciated not just his empathy and honesty but also his demeanor – thanks so much Manual! I love my piercing! This was a special gift for me to myself so I really loved it
